STRENGTH & DEVELOPMENT™
A progressive strength training program that takes you through a series of 12 x 45 minute workouts. Meaning each workout focuses on a specific training protocol for building strength over the 12 workouts. This ranges from foundational strength to hypertrophy to pure strength. Suitable for all fitness levels and abilities as each workout provides the building blocks for the next workout so you will build strength as you go.

SHAPES™
Is an invigorating blend of pilates, barre and power yoga set to modern music. With small, controlled movements, you sculpt and strengthen all major muscle groups, improve alignment and increase flexibility. It's a low impact but intense way to heat up your training. Just six weeks can lead to a 35% increase in abdominal endurance, a 26% increase in back endurance and 20% better balance and hip stability. Suitable for all fitness levels and abilities.

This moderate intensity class blends aerobics, strength training, balance and co-ordination exercises and even a touch of fun dance moves to keep things fresh and enjoyable. It's a full body workout that supports everyday mobility and builds confidence and boosts overall wellbeing in a friendly, social environment.
SENIOR THRIVE CIRCUIT
Designed for our stronger, fitter senior members, Thrive Circuit is a high energy, circuit style workout that focuses on building strength, boosting heart health and supporting boned density. This class is ideal for active older adults who are ready to take their fitness to the next level.
SENIOR CHAIR FIT
This low intensity seniors chair class will enhance strength, balance, co-ordination and muscle tone. This class is social and supports individuals with mobility issues.
SENIOR PILATES
This class focuses on strengthening and lengthening core muscles while also training the arms and legs through exercises that promote overall balance, alignment and will make you feel steady on your feet.

Mat Pilates
A strengthening and lengthening form of exercise that focuses on your core muscles while also training your arms and legs.
