How to Enrol Guide
If you are new to our Vac Care program or new to using Xplor please click the Enrol Here link below to register online.

Once your enrolment form has been completed and reviewed by our team, you will receive an email from Xplor with instructions to set up your Xplor account. Please note: New enrolments please allow 48 hours for your enrolment to be checked and confirmed. This means that bookings cannot be guaranteed if requested on the same day or following days attendance.
To re-enrol please follow the prompts from your re-enrolment email and book your days in the Xplor Home app.
To set up your account:
- Click the link in the email to set your password, PIN, and mobile number.
- If you don't receive the email, please check your spam or junk folders.
After creating your Xplor account, you can download the Xplor Home app from your app store. The app logo looks like this:
The Xplor Home app will allow you to:
- Sign your child in using a contactless QR code or mobile and PIN
- View important messages from our service
- Manage finances and view statements
- Mark your child as absent or running late
- Make bookings for sessions
The Xplor Home app is for both parents/guardians of your child, and each parent/guardian will need to set up a separate account.

NCC Vacation Care Medical Conditions Policy
Please note:
- Current fee schedule is $93 per child per day less CCS rebate
- All fees are to be paid weekly on a Thursday via Direct Debit. Full fees will be charged unless CCS is active and approved.
- Cancellations require 24 hours’ notice to avoid being charged daily fee
- Parents required to provide packed lunch, morning and afternoon tea
- Program subject to change & excludes public holidays
