LIFESTYLE PROGRAM


Available to Full and Gym Members and referred participants from their General Practitioner.

Our Lifestyle Program sessions are led by a Personal Trainer who:

  • Specialises in training seniors and referred clients
  • Program is suitable for over 50 years and referred clients, low to moderate health issues
  • Exercises offer variations, progressions and regressions for clients with varying needs
  • Pathway to renewed health and fitness

 *You will need to complete an appraisal and program prior to these classes - please contact the centre to make arrangements* 

LIFESTYLE GROUP CIRCUIT

  • Fully supervised circuit style class
  • Helps improve strength coordination and stability
  • Fun and social atmosphere
  • 50 minute session 

LIFESTYLE SUPERVISED GYM

  • Fully supervised class utilising your personalised program
  • Includes a variety of gym based resistance
  • Cardio equipment
  • Helps improve strength and stability
  • Fun and social atmosphere
  • 60 minute session 

LIFESTYLE GYM CIRCUIT

  • Use of a variety of gym based resistance and cardio equipment
  • Excellent for improving strength and stability
  • Fun and social atmosphere
  • 50 minute session
