SWIMFIT PROGRAM

Year round sessions, focusing on technique and aerobic fitness with our qualified swimming coach in the Outdoor Pool.

Range of skill levels catered for with a requirement:

  • 16 Years of Age and Over
  • Swim 50 metres of freestyle, breast stroke and back stroke

GLC Full, Swim and Group Fitness Members receive these sessions FREE as part of their membership.

Casual Cost
Pool Entry $7.80 plus
Swim-Fit Fee $5.70
