Indoor Aqua Challenge Party Hire
- Must be 6 years of age and older
- Swimming ability Stage 5+
- Situated in the Indoor Heated Pool
- Supervised by 2 Lifeguards
- $155.20 per hour plus pool entry
- 2 hours reserved party area
- Continued water play after the reserved party time has ended.

Outdoor Obstacle Swing Party Hire
- Must be 8 Years of age and older
- Swimming ability Stage 7+
- Situated in the Outdoor Heated Pool
- $201.80 per hour plus pool entry
- Supervised by 2 Lifeguards
- 2 hours reserved party area
- Continued water play after the reserved party time has ended
- Free use of BBQ's available upon request
- Tables and chairs for up to 20 children
Pool Party Only
- Use of our Indoor and Outdoor Pools and Water feature leisure area
- Swim entry only applies

Frequently Asked Questions
When is my party confirmed?
A confirmation email with your booking details will be sent once the party booking form has been submitted and the invoice paid in full.
Can we have party decorations?
Yes, though decorations cannot be attached to the internal or external walls or fences. No pinatas or coloured confetti.
Can the GLC store food for us?
Unfortunately, we don't have the facilities to store or keep food cool.
Can we bring glass or ceramic?
No. All items brought into GLC must be smash proof or shatter proof. This includes food storage containers and drink bottles
How do I cancel a booked Inflatable Party?
Cancellation of an inflatable party requires an email to glc@busselton.wa.gov.au at least 48 hours prior to your party booking. If payment has already been received an application to the City of Busselton will need to be made for a refund. Please note an administration fee of $29 will apply.
