Term based weekly session for Teen Girlz and Guyz aged 12-16 years old.

  • Led by a Fitness Instructor trained in teen fitness needs
  • 45 minute cardio and strength session
  • Promote safe movement and use of gym equipment

TWEEN FIT  

Term based weekly session for Tween’s aged 8-11 years old:

  • Led by a Fitness Instructor trained in tween fitness needs
  • 45 minute session
  • Promote safe movement
  • Focus on coordination and developing functional movement skills

Not included in membership – term fees apply

Tween Fit Yoga

Thursday 3:45pm - 4:30pm

Enrolment Form Term 3

  • 6 week program starting 11th August 2022
  • First lesson is FREE
  • First 6 sign ups get 10% off remaining 5 weeks
  • Limited spots available
